St. Petersburg Foundation for Investment Projects was established on November 14, 1996. FISP is a non commercial organization, independent juridical person. The main objective of FISP activities is to assist in attracting Russian and foreign loans, budgetary and non budgetary sources for implementation of the priority projects and programs, with participation of the public authorities and international financial organizations. FISP on behalf of the public authorities takes part in the implementation of the projects financed or co-financed by international financial organizations, assists to effective management of the loan funds and donations, provided by the Russian Federation and directed to development of regional and interregional programs and projects.
